PAYMENT POLICY

This policy applies to all purchases you make from Kaloneo Beauty Pty Ltd (ABN: 98 683 546 769) of Suite 2169, 8 Hughes Street, Gateshead NSW 2290, Australia (“Kaloneo Beauty”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through our website. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with this policy.

By placing an order for any of our products, you represent that you have read this policy and that you agree to and fully accept the terms of this policy. If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this policy, please do not place an order with us.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

In our shop you can select the payment methods described below:

• Credit Card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard)
• PayPal
• Stripe
• Afterpay

Credit Card

The price will be debited from your account within the next few days. In case of a return, the corresponding amount will be credited to the same account. Date of invoice is also date of delivery. The delivered goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.

Please note: If you choose credit card as your payment method, you will only be able to put in your credit card information AFTER you finish the order process. After you confirm the order you will be redirected to the website of your credit card company where you can put in the credit card information.

Stripe

Stripe provides a safe and convenient way to make payments online, ensuring the security of your financial information. Stripe employs industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store or have access to your credit card details. Upon completing a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order. Please keep this email for your records.

Payment via PayPal

If you choose the payment method PayPal the payment will be processed by the payment service provider PayPal in accordance with the current PayPal terms of use. Paypal accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, UnionPay. With this type of payment you will not incur any additional costs.

If you choose the payment method "PayPal payment by instalments" we assign our payment claim to PayPal. Before accepting the declaration of assignment PayPal carries out a credit check using the transmitted customer data. We reserve the right to refuse the payment method "PayPal payment by instalments" in the event of a negative test result. If “payment by instalments” is accepted by PayPal you can pay the invoice amount to PayPal at the specified conditions that are communicated to you during the ordering process. In this case you can only pay to PayPal with a debt-discharging effect. However, even in the case of the assignment of claim, we remain responsible for general customer inquiries, e.g. regarding goods, delivery time, shipping, returns, complaints, and declarations of revocation or credit notes.

Afterpay

If you're a first-time customer, you will need to create an account, so have your email address, mobile number, payment, and address details handy. Returning customers simply log in to make a purchase. Afterpay will split your payment into four installments, due every fortnight. For example, if you spend $100, each installment would be $25.

Your order will be sent immediately, and Afterpay will take care of the rest. At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule or make a payment before the due date. Otherwise, your installments will be automatically deducted from your nominated debit or credit card every fortnight.

Items purchased online using Afterpay may be returned for a refund. All refunds and exchanges are subject to our refund and exchange policy having been met.

PRICING

The prices of Products and delivery and other charges displayed on this Site are current at the time of checkout, however, we reserve the right to change prices at any time and for any reason it deems necessary

We will charge you, and you agree to pay, the following fees and charges in relation to an order that we accept (as applicable):

The purchase price of each Product that is ordered;

The delivery fee for delivering the Products to you (in case you select express shipping); and

All fees and charges as shown our website. Tax will be calculated on the checkout page according to shipping address.

The purchase price of each Product is shown on the product list on our website at the time you place your order.

You acknowledge that we are not required or obliged to match any prices for any Products, including matching any prices for a Product that is available through the Site at our store or vice versa.

SUPPLIER PROMPT PAYMENT POLICY

We are committed to ensure that all suppliers are treated fairly, and that we and our suppliers both benefit from reasonable terms of payment, that are both achievable and do not adversely affect cash-flow for either party.

We therefore:

• Aim to ensure suppliers are paid on time within the terms agreed at the outset of the contract.
• Will not attempt to change the payment terms retrospectively without good reason.
• Will not change practice on the length of payment for smaller companies on unreasonable grounds.
• Will provide suppliers with clear and easily accessible guidance on payment procedures.
• Provides a method for dealing with complaints and disputes in relation to payment processing, and a method for escalation of the before-mentioned complaint.
• Will endeavour to advise if there is a reason an invoice may not be settled within the agreed terms.
• Endeavours to comply with all applicable law and regulation, in relation to supplier payments.
• Provides a method of electronic invoicing, either by fax or email transmission or by use of an invoicing portal.
• Acknowledge the rights of suppliers to use late payment legislation to invoice for late payment interest and charges when appropriate.
